4 elements - earth, water, fire & wind.
1.Earth - the body, bones, hair, teeth and muscle
2. Water - blood and bodily fluids.
3. Fire - body temperature
4. Wind - breath.
All these elements combine together harmoniously to form the individual human being. Illnesses of the body were regarded as an imbalance or disharmony among there elements.

So wad is life to us? Is life juz a living being on earth? People keep saying, Lets live our life to the fullest? Is there a guide as to how we do tt? do we squeeze everything to finish within a day and calling it as living our life to the fullest? or do we try to learn as many things as well can trying as many new things as we can and tt is call living life to the fullest?
What is the correct way of living? is there a way? I always believe that we need to do things despite what others have to say, despite all odds. of coz there'll be times when i'm brought down by all the challenges and obstacles surrounding me, wanting me to give up everything. nothing is easy in the world. the more easy it seems the more difficult it is to do.
I know i have been slacking ever since i can remember. that is not good. i'm not happy with what i've done for the first part of my FYP. but i know i cant get stuck there i need to move on to my 2nd part. i will try to strive harder for the 2nd part...
No more Slacking Ah Chui!!!!
